A few months ago, I found a new pumpkin muffin recipe to try. Each time I've added different ingredients, and each time I love them even more! Jamie & Makena don't like pumpkin (I know - WHAT?!?) or oats, so these yummy muffins are mine-all-mine. And...I'll eat them all in just a few days so that I can make a new, yummier batch!
