I follow a digital photography blog & website. One of the posts was on taking pictures of reflections, so I thought I'd try it! Unfortunately, I didn't have anyone to practice it on so I had to use myself. (I don't usually like pictures of myself - or post them - but here are a few.)
The mirror I used is one right at the front door. It is an antiqued mirror - great marks & cracks. It was also very sunny with the light reflecting too.
