Alaska Days 6 & 7

We really didn't do much on Wednesday. The boys went fishing, Dad had the car for errands, and it rained off and on...just hung around the house again. I had to take Makena to the book store for more books, of course!

On Thursday, Makena and I took a walk. Because Ketchikan is built on a mountain, most of the roads are very steep. Makes it difficult to walk home with a bunch of items!

there are several places to walk down stairs rather than being a road
We noticed that Jamie and Chad were back at Dad & Teri's house, so we stopped to see how fishing had been.

T, Makena, Teri and I went back downtown for lunch and more shopping.

Teri had a Harley's Riders meeting that night, so T & I tagged along with her to the Eagle's Lodge. We hit a few other places in town; T wasn't feeling well and took a cab home early. Teri and I walked back, in the rain, and needed a few (catch our breath) breaks along the way.
