The first day that we started to "work" on the property was Saturday, May 17, 2008. We needed to have electricty before we could get started on anything else - and getting everything scheduled for the permits took a few weeks. We had to dig a trench, place posts and set the electrical box. Our friends; Martin, Renee, Sydney & Nico came out for a visit - they grabbed shovels and helped out! Not the best day for digging...it was in the 90's that day. It would have been much more fun playing out on the lake!
Jamie & I spent the night at my sister & Chad's new house in St. Helens. We had a great dinner and celebrated our upcoming birthdays! Happy 30th T!!
Then on Sunday, Jamie & I headed back out to the lake to finish up a few things.
