Nighthawk - Stage 1 updates

We recently found out that the new/old house was a rental in the past as well as a group home. The neighbors say that no one really wanted to take care of the house. Yes, we could tell... And they were excited to hear that we were going to be moving in to the house and that we want to take care of it. (They may not have been excited when the roofers started working before 8am, but it's all good, right?)

The basic things inside have been repaired.



We are replacing these floors with linoleum until the second inspection goes through. Then everything will be torn up and the hardwood will be placed. Can't wait!
