Nighthawk House - Working with the HOA

Along with apply for changes to the house with the HOA, we had a few additional things that we needed to supply to them.

We needed to show the landscape committee what trees and shrubs that we would be removing. It was suggested that we take pictures of everything we would be removing.

After doing that, we realized that we were really only keeping three or four things and it would be easier to just mark those items. So we scrapped the pictures and tagged the trees and shrubs that would be staying.

Then we needed to paint a 4x4 square with the color of exterior paint that we had chosen and applied for. We originally couldn't decide between a green or grey color, so we decided to paint both to make sure the grey was the one we wanted. It was.

Still no decisions from the HOA, but things are moving along.
