You try to find a dry egg in Oregon today

I told Dylona that I wanted to go to an Easter Egg Hunt with the girls again this year. Because it's Oregon, it rained.

It rained a lot.

Then it rained harder.

And it was cold.

But, there was candy!

Kallie didn't want the "dirty" candy

so I asked Kylah to help her

After the egg hunt, we found a dry place to eat candy, blow bubbles and play.

Why, you ask, do the kids have cotton candy too? Well...it was free! Yay, more sugar and smiling, happy, sticky faces.

We took our muddy, wet selves back to the Flaherty house to warm up. The kids were wound up from all the sugar and chasing each other around the house.

So it was time for Auntie to go home.
